There is no denying that autumn has arrived. This quote made me smile this morning, "I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers" L.M. Montgomery. Indeed.

And listening to this might just transport you right into the beauty of this season.

The strawberries have taken the autumn queue and we are calling it a wrap on their 4 month long season. However!  We have moved field to freezer. If your supply of berries runs low this winter, we will be selling 5lb bags of frozen whole strawberries while quantities last.  $4.50/lb.   Just call or email to purchase.

We will continue to sell our pasture-raised eggs in the cooler at the bottom of the driveway. $5/dz.

I'm hoping this space won't be silent over the winter.  I am never short of words and plan to update now and then to give you a glimpse of winter happenings on a berry farm.  October will be full of dealing with an abundant apple harvest, planting garlic, putting garden beds to rest and enjoying the fruits of an excellent growing season.  Stay tuned for post-season musings.

Beauty and peace be yours as we head into the week of thanks and giving.
