Quite difficult to plan open days around rain so despite the forecast for Thursday, we will open. Hoping for sunny skies we are getting today.  But don't let rain deter you....

OPEN THURSDAY from 9am to 1pm for strawberry U-pick.

The strawberries are holding up very well with the showers.  Not a soggy mess by any stretch.  In fact , they are beautiful!

Strawberries love August but they love September even more.  They are beginning to produce the crazy amounts they typically do in September so PICKING IS SUPER EASY.

Get your berries picked before the routine of September kicks in.

Goodbye August, Hello September!  We are looking forward to another 3 weeks of strawberries.

Weather, weather,  staying ahead of the forecast....

Open day changes due to forecast.  Monday is looking like one of the better days this week.

We are open Monday 8am to 1pm for strawberry U-pick.

Because there are enormous amounts of berries in the field and it is before the rainy days forecasted,  Monday will be a fantastic day to come and pick.

Even if it is a little drizzly it will be lovely in the field and you won't be out there long because----SOOO many strawberries.  Let's get the beautiful berries picked and out of the weather!  They are in the midst of their best late-summer season.

***Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.   Most likely open Thursday, for sure Saturday and maybe Friday depending on weather.  Crystal clear!?

With a day of ripening the strawberry picking will be excellent on Saturday!  The taste of summer continues in a beautiful way.

Truthfully, I'm so anxious to begin eating frozen strawberries (our fav.), I'm having a hard time eating fresh!  Think winter and the joy of a freezer full of strawberries.

The strawberries will really like the cooler temps too.   So great picking tomorrow and we anticipate continued phenomenal picking for the next 3 weeks (or more!)

This is the point in the strawberry season where we commence with begging! Because the strawberries are begging to be picked.  We can't keep up with the crazy amounts.

It may be a little warm tomorrow but early in the day the field is very lovely and moreover, full of sweetness.  The picking is so fast we PROMISE you won't break a sweat.
